Welcome 2013 – Newsletter 5 – MW Property Group in Mauritius
Well 2012 has made way for 2013 and if you’re reading this, thankfully, our interpretations of the Mayans’ calendar was flawed, the USA hasn’t fallen off the fiscal cliff (yet!) and like most of us you are back at work. After a short break and over indulgence over the Christmas and New Year period we too returned to full speed as of the 7th of January placing a new wave of clients arriving in Mauritius in their new homes.
Some interesting properties to look out for, Evacos “Clos du Littoral”, an exciting RES development not far from the new Grand Baie La Croisiette that also includes membership to an exclusive beach club with watersport and restaurant facilities on beautiful Trou aux Biches; La Balise Marina in Black River by ENL and AO Luxury Residences by 2Tribes. If you are looking to rent a new home this year we have recently secured 4 new properties in Belle Vue and Hillside, all with outstanding finishes and breathtaking views, a very well priced beach property in Cap Malheureux and 3 great family homes in Calodyne.
