La Balise Marina – Phase 2
The 2nd and final phase of La Balise Marina has finally been launched. After the successful sale of the first phase the developers have moved quickly to introduce the new 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury apartments on the same world class site.
The apartments range between 126 and 225m2, as is with phase 1 the apartments all have access to the sea, enjoy envious views of the surrounding mountain ranges, sea and lagoons. The 2 & 3 Bedroom apartments have shared moorings and the 4 bedroom apartments have their own private moorings. In addition to the above there are 3 resort style pools for the residents to choose from on those hot summer days and the ground floor apartments also have the option to be fitted with their own “splash” pool.

Mauritius already attracts around 900 000 tourists per year and aims to increase tourism by 50% over the next five years, with its new airport opening in 2013, upgrades to the road network constantly in progress and an ever-increasing number of new shopping malls and entertainment facilities.
